Tessa and Stuffie decide to wait in the library instead. They are standing at the writing desk when suddenly a fist-sized, three-headed dragon leaps out of a book. It tries to scurry away quickly, but Tessa grabs its tail and lifts it up. Stuffie curiously examines the squirming little creature.
"It's lucky that its tail doesn't break off like lizard's tail do."
Just then, the librarian girl jumps out of the book as well, and Tessa proudly shows her their catch.
"Isn't this the one you were looking for?"
"Oh my goodness, I thought I had lost it again! You're very clever!"
